In this statement on the protection of personal data, we, as a personal data manager (Paragraph 7 of Article 4 of the GDPR – EU General Data Protection Regulation), will describe which personal data about the visit to our website will be stored and for what purpose.

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We will therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data. With this information on the protection of personal data, we want to familiarize you with the most important aspects of the processing of personal data when using our website.

2. VISIT OUR WEBSITE

However, each time you visit our website, browser user data will be transmitted and stored in log files (“Server Logfiles”), such as the date and time, the address of the page(s) called up and your abbreviated IP address. We will collect this data exclusively to ensure the smooth functioning of our website and to improve our offer and will then delete it. We cannot use this information to identify you.

With the news, you will regularly receive information about individual offers (e.g. information about products, special offers, discounts, sweepstakes, events). To register, we will need your email address and your explicit, voluntary statement that you agree to receive news.
We will use the e-mail address that you provide to receive our news when you sign up for the newsletter so that we can send you the news. You give us your first and last name voluntarily, which gives us the opportunity to address you personally.

Your guaranteed rights are: the right to information (Article 15 GDPR), the right to request correction (Article 16 GDPR), the right to request deletion (Article 17 GDPR), the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data (Article 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 GDPR), the right to object (Article 21 GDPR). If you have given separate consent to the processing of your personal data, you can do so at any time cancel, the cancellation is effective for the future. If you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in the field of personal data protection, or otherwise violates your rights to the protection of personal data, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
